This may seem a very odd question(s) but I got thinking about smashing out a Pre PRMC tests this friday. Friday morning: 3 mile run at max effort with hills in under 22 minutes (currently sitting at 19:59) followed by a bleep test or hill sprints which ever would be harder? Cycle to the gym (its about 4 miles) do gym tests, deadlifts, squats, a whole body workout! Swimming at the local leisure centre for around 20, 30 minutes. Ride home, have lunch. 2pm onwards: Smash the legs prior to a 4 mile run, hills, crawls, sprints, push ups, sit ups, the lot just to really get the legs burning. 4 mile run with hills. Any information, hints/tips etc would be greatly appreciated!
