    Nice one mate, whats your BFT time if you don't mind me asking? I mainly need to improve my sprints and hill sprints as this is what I fell behind on in the endurance course.

    RMR to fulltime

    I'm in the same boat mate, done PJFT and PRMC (R). Got laid off work so now looking at regular but think it will be a while until recruitment / PRMC's and RT are going to return to normal. Should be fairly easy to move application via AFCO. I think with regulars the training is more progressive...

    Hi guys, Having trouble with my press ups, no matter what I do I just can't seem to get them up. Have tried just doing them constantly as much as possible but haven't had much luck with that. Trying doing them weighted and non, but again not much improvement. Any advice much appreciated!

    Strong Lifts is a weightlifting program and yeah each session has squats doing 5 set x 5 reps.
