    That's brill, will do. Can't wait to get started now. & with the ROP, do you know if everybody have to do this or just the ones who haven't done a PRMC? Everyone has been moved up an intake now so May 4th lot are now starting May 18th... 2 extra weeks of training in my eyes.

    Yeah, I've postponed my start date from 20th April to the 4th to give time for it to get sorted out, but if I'm not 100% when it gets close to the date then I will have to postpone again. Not going to risk joining with any sort of niggle or injury etc.

    Thankyou, this is very helpful. I've been seeing an Osteopath recently and he has said it's caused by tight muscles, mainly the illiopsoas, so I'm taking a rest week and stretching out a lot every day. Static bike doesn't seem to affect the injury so I can at least keep up cardio with that. I...

    PRMC is next tuesday and I'm wondering if anyone has any tips that has helped them save a bit of energy on the gym tests or run, which managed to get them a few extra reps or seconds shaved off? For example, having empty lungs on the way up on sit ups. Thanks.
