    Started with oldest 32 and youngest 16, they both in hunter now! We have a lad from Malta, Ireland, South Africa and Scotland. We only have the 1 rejoin who got to gym pass out beforehand!

    Haven't been on a while but have some time tonight so any questions ask away! Just finished baptist run Friday so waiting to find out results tomorrow, hopefully go on to phase2!

    Started with 47 and now have 41! 3 huntered, 2 left and 1 back trooped, also gained 2 back troopers but they both left haha, 3 lads ex navy and few lads with degrees so decent troop!

    Yeah that's all I could do haha did intervals instead of just cruising though, start training tomorrow! Do lads actually do no phys at all for months and then turn up *text deleted*?

    Yeah my fitness has took a hit due to a problem ive been sorting but all good to go now, still done phys 5 times a week since whether it be body weight, weights, non impact cardio intervals and a swim every now and then so I should get on haha this thread has made me worry a bit now

    Not bad mate, personally I wouldn't do as many high intensity sessions as you want to avoid injury at all costs. Maybe do 3 sprint sessions a week as that's all you will need to be honest, swap a few runs for circuits you will benefit more!
