1.5 miler

When you do the 1.5 miler on a running machine do u have to put any incline on? because running on a running machine with out incline is ez and the 1.5 miler would be basicly imposible to fail for me with out incline im 16 at the momet in my last few weeks at school i run 8 miles every sat/sun and every day i have of school and i go up the gym somtimes dur in the day aswell

The idea is to go as fast as you can and not to make it hard for yourself. No incline is added and you set your own speed =)

At my AFCO in lincoln the man said u have a 2% incline on PJFT 1.5 miler. But it might be different at different AFCO's

i find a 2% incline more natural and alot better to run when on tredmill.
