hi guys currently i got a loose training programme i do what i want when i feel like it ive trained for the 3 miler and currently getting 19 mins straight after a run im *text deleted* 80 sit ups,40-45 press ups and 5 pull ups ,
i go for 3-5 mile runs 4-5 times a week and do gym 3 times a week with a all around body work out with high reps no lower then 20 , any ideas is there anything i can do? any tips? thanks in advanced :wink:

sounds like your doing ok, just try and increase your press ups and pull ups as this gym test and the 3 mile run is quite obviously the easiest part of the prmc so itll help you with scoring points! good luck
