2 miles at 11 minute mile pace in the first week? I genuinely don't think I could "run" that slow...
Yeah, you're right. As far as I can tell that's only one week though. I'd worry that it won't be enough?
Try and make sure the weight is spread across the widest points of the frame, where the vertical meets the horizontal. My first pull up bar bent in the middle due to cheap plastic and so put the pressure on the weakest point, ripping the top off the door frame off along with the surrounding plaster.
This is the one I have. Does the trick and doesn't seem to have damaged the door frame. Cheap as well.
