Is there any other things you could recommend doing to prepare for endurance/assault course or does it really just come down to it on the day cheers.

Probably focus on a few endurance runs, hill sprints, regular sprints, and *text deleted* I did none of that last time I went for prmc I was actually quite unprepared on the endurance side of things but on the last 10 mins of the endurance course I fell down twice infront I’d the prmc team just due to my legs freezing up and thought I was going to get pulled off the course but I just got up and grinding it out showing determination and they must of like that, majorly of day 2 is all in the mind....don’t give up and stay with the group and you’ll be fine
