28mm Wargame Figures

    Not so much amused as mildly impressed.
    I repaired a neighbour's lawn mower and he invited me in for a coffee. And then a beer. :)
    He war-games 28mm tall metal figures which are about 1/56th scale; mainly Napoleonic era. He has a fair representation of the field of Waterloo, all figures exquisitely painted with acrylics.

    He showed me some other figures online which range in history from WW2 to Iraq. Unsurprisingly perhaps Royal Marines and Parachute Regiment are popular. Royal Marines NP8901 feature below.
