3 miler on prmc

hey guys, just wondering if anyone knows what the times are for out and best effort are for the 3 miler at prmc. I thought it was 12:30 group run out and best effort in under 10:30. But i've seen someone say it was 10:00 best effort. Any help would be greatful.

the times are 10:30 as a squad and then the last 1.5 miles in 11:30 on your own. thats what my AFCO told me anyway

i guess that we will have to find out when we do our prmc at CTCRM.
Either way there isn't going to be much time difference between the two

Dunno why the *text deleted**text deleted* they told you that *text deleted*. Its as before mentioned, out in 12 mins 30 secs, and back in 10 mins 30 secs.


Actually I suppose it could of changed, but I highly doubt it.

Really, just get your 3 miler sub 21 and your 1.5 miler sub 9:30 and you'll be fine.

It's not hard.

No need for fannying about with all these little times.

"3 mile run: This is the first physical test of Day 1. The 3 mile run is split into 2 parts. The first 1.5 mile is run as a squad in a time of 12 min 30 sec. The second 1.5 mile is conducted as a best effort timed run - you will be expected to complete this 1.5 mile in as quick a time as you possibly can. Any one taking longer than 10 min 30 sec will fail the course. Remember all physical activities on the PRMC commence with an appropriate warm up - train accordingly."
