    hi i done my prmc last september and failed the 3 miler by like 3 secs my upper body is perfect i can smash everything out it just my running can any one here help me out my next prmc is in may??

    My next PRMC is May as well. What PRMC were you on in September? I was on 31st August - 3rd September.

    Get some sprints going on. Hill sprints, intervals, fartlek etc etc. Also throw in a longer run once a week. 5 miles or so, bit further if you want. I've also been told having a strong core will benefit your running.

    Hope this helps a bit.

    If you want to get better at the PJFT.. then keep doing practise PJFTs.
    Do 2, maybe even 3 a week. Throw in a long distance run and a hill sprint somewhere and you're good to go.
