Afternoon Gents,

Some throbber pinched my bike the other day...so you know get it done, okay I'm running to work for the next few weeks then.

3 miles there, 3 miles back 5 days in a row...I won't be doing any other running in the meantime just some burpees kettebells and ya standard bodyweight stuff in the mornings or evenings 3 times a week.

8 hours 30 minutes of work and snacking to break up the runs.

Any thoughts? To much running?

Please advise.

Sounds good if your body is used to running that much otherwise shin splints or injuries are inbound

If you’re used to the distance I’d say mix it up try some best efforts every other day and use the return as a steady 7:30/8min mile pace. Can also do lamppost sprints on the way home. There’s always ways to adapt the same run into different types of training.
