can any 1 sugest a routine for the run? bearing in mind that my cv work is abizmal. *text deleted* i can run 10 min max! my strength is ok *text deleted* i have allways gone to gym on and off. but never really run much only to warm up for weights routines.:redface:

Just build it up mate, Do 1 Mile run then eventually make the run longer and so on.. Just train as often as possible mate.. i Cycle and run everyday no mater the weather.. Practice makes perfect mate.. You have to be dedicated to earn that green lid!

The best advice anyone can give is - Practice!.. *text deleted*.. Trust me practice really does make perfect.. The more you train the better and stronger you will get!.
