Yeh if you can average 6.30-7 min mile then that will set u within the 26-28 min bracket.

I started athletics when i was 8 years old, currently running for North Devon Athletic Club and compete regionally and nationally. Train 5-6 tomes a week for it. Specialise in steeplechase but not too bad on the sprint side too :P.

I expect for PJFT you just wacked the treadmill on top speed and breezed it? Nutter.

Edit: Actually here is some interesting info, when Paula Radcliff runs a marathon, I think her average running pace is 21km/hr. So thats faster than a treadmill can go for about 2hrs 20 mins. Madness.

I actually started the treadmill at 16 as the instructor guy advised me not to go straight in at say 20. But i just found myself increasing the speed throughout the run until i reached 20, then it wouldn't go any faster :P

But after reading Normsters posts it suddenly doesn't feel that good haha
