5 pull ups!

That's good for me shut up...
For anyone who is struggling: every time you go for a crap do four pull ups under bathroom door frame or where ever, and every time you go for a piss do two, just some advice :)

there isnt a problem with this thread, i can do about 6 now,

here is a programme for you if you can do 4

do

3 - 20secs - 2 - 20secs - 1 - Switch to underarm - 3 - 20secs - 2 - 20secs - 1


doing this about 8-10 times a day will help a great deal

Pull-Ups are actually a big plus point of mine. Last time I attempted it I could bang out 15 in one set. More recentley started doing shorter sets but holding myself up in the highest position for up to 10 seconds before coming back down to the starting position... Then repeat until complete failure.
