I did this today, and it's a great exercise. It took me a total of about 40 minutes, 32 of exercising, since some people were using some of the equipment I needed, so I had to jog around a bit to keep the heart rate up.

I recommend it, as a great body conditioning exercise. Im going to do it once a week for a few months, and see what kind of benefits I get.

Hell yeah!

That looks bloody mental! 50 chin ups, 50 bodyweight rows, and a total of 100 push ups all in the same workout! I'm definately doing that every time i go to the gym.
