    Can you list the gongs @Rover? Off the top of my head, without googling, I can see the Pingat Jasa (Korea/Malaysia) and assume that's one or both of the clasps on the 1962 General Service Medal. The RN Long Service & Good Conduct Medal. Is there Suez, Borneo or Aden in the group?

    The late Gillie Howe's medals, DCM MM BEM MSM, NGSM clasps 'Malaya' 'Brunei', GSM clasps 'Borneo' 'Malay Penisula', Naval LS&GC medal and bar and Pingat Jasa medal (Malaysia)

    Anyone who ever came across Gilly has a dit or two to tell. Combined with his comments
    known as Gillyisms these are priceless.;)

    The SBS motto of ‘Not by Strength by Guile’ was also translated to ‘Not by Strength by Gilly’. :cool:
