A push up routine i found.

I found this article on Bodybuilding site linking to some other article on another site and it does look pretty good if you can get a grip to all the different styles of pushups, its got a beginner, intermediate and advanced, i might try it out what do you guys think.
I think this really could slaughter you and increase the your push ups but i duno.

Seems as though it's more for those who want sheer size gains. I mean, size looks good... but you want to gain endurance more; that's if you want to join the RM.

A true body builder does about 3 or 4 sets of really heavy weight about 6 - 12 reps.

If you want to get stronger / build endurance do loads of pressups, aim for anything over 20 reps.

Yea never thought of it in that way, just thought it was maybe a more complicated way to nacker you out, stuff it i leave it
