I found this article on Bodybuilding site linking to some other article on another site and it does look pretty good if you can get a grip to all the different styles of pushups, its got a beginner, intermediate and advanced, i might try it out what do you guys think.
I think this really could slaughter you and increase the your push ups but i duno.
