    Hi all I am 17 years old hoping to join when I finish school in 2021 my stats are: 9:30 return for the 1.5 mile 42 push ups to the prmc beep 62 sit ups and 10 strict pull ups

    That's the plan. Any ideas for training for a year and a bit until I plan on going?

    There are others far better qualified than I to advise on training for PRMC. But six months is do-able. Aim to peak for PRMC. And focus on the hurdles as they come. Aim to excel at each. Do not underestimate PJFT which is a treadmill test. Get time in on the treadmill.

    Aside from phys: get a grip on the RT pipeline; RM history; the basics of navigation and perhaps most important: dhobi. This is the tri-service word for laundry, ironing, etc.
