how u doin lads? im Brian ive just been lookin thru the past couple of days n thought i should say hello!
im not to bad at SIT-UPS n PULL-UPS.
ma problem is ive got my RMAD on the 26/8/08 and i feel that my PRESS-UPS are just garbage, i get to 25 max n then i need to rest before doing as many as possible again n again n again. HAVE ANY OF U GOT GOOD ADVICE ON THE BEST WAY FOR ME TO INCREASE MY REPS and how often i should do it?
phsycometric - pass
interview - pass
eye test - spot on
medical - pass
PJFT - 9:38
