Analysis of my fitness..

Hey guys, just wandering what you think of my training at the moment for the RMR. I know my scores need alot of work, but its all work in progress.

5 Mile run- 34:49
3 Mile run- 20:19
1.5 Mile run- 9:51
Press ups- 35 (Crap i know)
Sit ups- 55
Pull ups- 5

I work out approx 3 times a week, mainly running. Then do my upeer body stuff in the days im not running. My PRMC for the RMR is approx end of January, so how much do you think i can improve my scores in 8 weeks??

Any help is greatly appreciated

i wouldnt say *text deleted* scores are terrible mate u should be fine enough wen *text deleted* prmc is. jst *text deleted* put in the extra effort
