Any training plans?

Hiya, just wondering what the best training plans are for someone who is under 16? I cant spend too much time training but i want a nice basis to work on if that makes sense? Thanks

Stick with the advice you have in the other thread. For now, because your young, just focus on cardio and body weight, and don't beast it.
No weights, and definitely no running with weight.
