Anyone else think the Circuit programmes are too easy?

Looking on the RM website and some other routines it seems piss easy. Here's what I do, two exercises at a time, go onto next exercise after each set. 2 minute rest before moving onto the next 2 grouped exercises.


Push ups , 5 sets of 40
Squats, 5 sets of 40

Pull ups, 5 sets of 8
Barbell Shrug, 5 sets of 15(heavy weight)

Sit ups, 5 sets of 50
Tricep Dips, 5 sets of 35

Then a group of 3 exercises:

Push ups, 3 sets of (15 diamond, 15 marine, 15 wide)
Sit ups, 3 sets of Alternate knee to elbow, 25
Chin Ups, 3 sets of 10

Then I finished off and warm down with a series of random exercises(knees to chest, lunges, barbell curls, stretches etc)

That's how mine looks, takes about an hour and 15 minutes, really pushes me.
