Bit unsure on a few sections. Firstly section 1.6 - driving licence, part c. It says "list categories" what does that mean?
Secondly 2.4 family background. Have to fill in place of birth for parents etc. Does this mean just the country, city or hospital?

1) Categories, Im presuming its like... Provisional, International, UK Only.

2) Just the city/town&country

Cheers for help, but there were boxes above which I had already filled out for that. Section b is "if yes what type of licence is it" to which I ticked full, then section c says "List categories" and then a box for your answer then "and your drive number" and another box for answer.

Also there is only a tiny box to put where they were born, I think Ill just go with the hospital.

The categories are also listed in the box on the back of the licence
