    Ladies, Gents & bootneck creatures.

Not sure how relevant and useful this may be, but this crossed my desk this morning and I thought I’d share it in here. It may be handy for the RMR lot and their civvie employers?

Essentially it’s a lovely little template to provide to employers/business owners that wish to sign up to the Armed Forces Covenant.
I’ll try and attach it as a file below.

As I understand it, The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise by the nation ensuring that those who serve or who have served in any branch of HM Forces are treated fairly.

In terms of “official” information in relation to the Covenant there are really two sources I have found. They are as follows:

    https://www.armedforcescovenant.gov.uk

    https://www.gov.uk/government/policies/armed-forces-covenant

These should give you a clear and informed introduction to the Armed Forces Covenant. However, it’s really important to remember that in signing the Covenant each organisation is able to interpret the guidance and pledge in conjunction with their local area need and resources.

Anyway, I’ve rambled on for long enough here. I’ll attach the template below and please feel free to use it if you are a business owner or wish to give it to your employer.
