This might be a stupid idea but could I replace the 2000m row with 5 min jump rope because of gyms being shut
Improvise, adapt and overcome.
Just because the pools are shut doesn’t mean the press/sit/pull up progressions have suddenly become dud. Maybe look at investing a 10kg weight vest. Your training is going to look like a lot of running and body weight exercises regardless of what RM prep programme you follow.
