Hi all:

Was just reading the RMR recruitment page on the Royal Navy’s website and it I,plied you’re attested before the medical ?

Was just wondering what’s next for me now? Recently gained S.C and was T.M.U’d on last medical due to weight etc (as have explained elsewhere); so just wondering now what’s next?

Best wishes:

Speak to your local RMR unit, I'm fairly sure you can be attested if medical suitability is realistically feasible.

Whilst TMU, the rough rule of thumb is you cannot join holding troop for the phys elements.

Thank you, Ninja.

As said? Was T.M.U’d due to a skin infection (now cleared) and, as I call it, ‘pork pie syndrome’(e.g. fat) which is also getting there.

So will ring my AFCO on Tuesday and my local unit and see what the score is

Best wishes:

In training, they attested most of us during our PRMC(R) and I've seen others in holding troop attested on det nights. Hope that helps, good luck!
