back problems

i have been getting back problems for last fwe weeks and have stopped running

its mainly in my lower back and feels like i have arched it due to sitting down for majority of my work day.
any advice on exercises to do as i cant do press ups either as feels like top and lower back are driving down on each other

i have seen a physio who said there isnt a great deal wrong but due to posture.

would it be good to still do weights and over phys activities?
