I have just been off of my training for two weeks now and just started again today, ive just done an upper body curcuit and i have not been able to do as much and my body feels all shakey and i was just wondering: is this normal

It's just your body trying to adapt to it again. I remember when I use to do weights down the gym, then I'd give it up for a while and then do it again.. my body use to shake.

It's because it's not use to the balance of what you are doing, so it shakes!
