bad training session

hey guys was just wondering has anybody had an awful training session, (in awful i mean like instead of being able to do 8 overhand pullups to be able to do 4) and what did they do to improve the next one.

i no its not fatigue or over training as ive had 2 days off from training, not dehydration as i had a drink with me.

could anybody help me?

Everybody has off days, just use it to say to yourself "I've *text deleted* hit it twice as hard tomorrow".

ye could be, and i will beast tomorrow like my life depends on it! just wonderin what it was thats all coulda been just an off day like u say annoyin tho *text deleted* the sweat was flowing and legs were aching!

Chris, ive had 1 or 2 of them buddy, dont worry you know what your capable of, so keep on, "proffesionals have off days aswell as anyone else" jus keep *text deleted* head up bud and bang them push ups pull ups and sit ups out
