Hi all,
Most of you have probably found this, but a copy of the bleep test is available at: http://www.defence.gov.au/army/artc/fitness.html
My question is about the press up test; from the recruitment materials I've seen, the test seems to take place to a tape where it beeps and you do a press up...wait for the next beep and do another.
This is obviously a lot harder than just 'extra phys' out 60 really quickly (due to the stretch reflex) so I'd like to train to reflect that.
My questions are: is it true that this is how it happens (as in by the beeps) and if so, does anyone have this beep thing mp3?
Cheers,
Tom
