hi was just wonderin if anyone else has got 2 go or has been for a fitness assesment before their prmc date. to see how their *text deleted* on

yes we tend to do it every 2 weeks with our local royal marine in the office :rock: well worth it and takes a lot of nerves / weight off your shoulders knowing you can do the 3 miler and the other 2 min tests straight after.

you get to meet some quality lads who are joining also all different levels of fitness and some good info on what to expect.

i have done one, was great even though i failed the 3 mile run i have another next week hopefully this time ill pass!!

What do you guys mean by fitness assessment? Simply testing yourself against the criteria?
