Great workout I just found, 500 reps using just bodyweight, done as quickly as possible. Anyone else tried this?

50 Prisoner Squats

50 Pushups

25 Jumps

25 Stability Ball Leg Curls

50 Stability Ball Jackknifes

50 Step-ups (25 reps per side)

25 Pull-ups (NO substitutions)

50 Forward Lunges (25 reps per side)

50 Close-grip Pushups

50 Inverted Rows

50 Squats

25 Chin-ups (NO substitutions)

I'd pay to see someone do that with out a rest, all in one go

Ah yeh bit like the 300 workout, as the workout used by the actors for the 300 film. 500 reps is pretty mental seeing as the 300 workout is f'ing hard to do, even the fittest guys have trouble doing the 300 one.
But doing that type of workout is good as your muscle building and doing cardio at the same time, but its more of a fitness test, the guys in 300 did the 300 workout every now and again to measure their fitness levels after they had been training for a while, plus the chinups are done kipping style (using the legs and going up and down quickly rather than full stretches). Dont think i could do the 500 one, bit over the top, plus my gym gets so busy its hard enough trying to jump from one machine to the next let alone hopping through ten of them.
