Just completed Bring sally up. Last attempt I got 2.20 so as wellas adding 14 to my max press ups I added 1.05 to that song.

Anyone have anything similar to test myself on?

Loads of fitness challenges out there? or heck put the song on repeat and see how far you can get.

100 bupriee challenge is always a good one? under 10 mins is average under 7 is great and some even get round the 5 minute mate (Animals.)

I did the bring sally up bring sally down press up thing last night and got 2:20. I think its a good indicator of your muscle endurance.

so... forgive me if im being a dumbass but what is the "bring sally up" test/workout?!

    Sounds interesting!

I have PRMC in April and could use some tips on improving abs and arms ready for it!

Moby's track 'Flower' basically consists of him repeatedly saying "bring Sally up, bring Sally down."

Arms stetched on 'up,' arms bent on 'down.'

    Enjoy!

It's a great thing to try. I reckon I could get another 20 seconds so I'll try repeating it Stokey.
Pull ups to the same would definitely be a challenge to do.

I'll try the 100 burpees later on tonight for you and let you know how I get on.

Games like this are an excellent idea..

When youve got a litre of vodka and a few of your mates with you!!

Try doing it to the song Roxanne.. not sure who its by though :/

'roxanne, you dont have to put on your red dress' everytime he says roxanne do a press up.

Or if you want the alcohol version, everytime he says roxanne do a shot.. anyone will probably be blind by the end of the song either through press up quantity or alcohol consumption!

    Enjoy

Since I get mega bored doing circuits I just have this song on repeat and do max effort every exercise to it.

Having said that my max efforts at this moment in time are pathetic so i get plenty of rest xd
