broken hand

basically i went out with my mates last night got absolutly hammerd and ended up breaking my hand.. well my mate did by deciding to land on it after a hand stand. and of course i cant to press ups because of the pressure so i need to know any exercises i can do to keep up the strength in my arms while my hand heals

An exercise i have used previously is where you hold your arms out to the side horizontally and then occasionally move *text deleted* arms out out to your front. Vary between the two over a certain period of time perhaps 10 mins this will help maintain muscle stamina in *text deleted* arms.
Doesnt sound like much but it will start to burn and is a good exercise if you can not use *text deleted* hand for weights/pressups etc.
