Calf pain

    Hi just a quick panic, I’ve got my fitness test tomorrow and have just done a gentle 3 mile jog at 10km/h. The back and side of my calf has been pretty tight since. Is this something to be worried about or am I just been to sceptical. Any suggestions to relieve it by tomorrow? Thanks.

    Stretch off and foam roll, also focus on stretching off the hips and supporting muscles
