Capita Timing

Morning all.

Currently waiting for Capita to receive my medical records from my doctors. As I understand, an invoice has been received, but is yet to be paid. Anyone got any clues on how long it takes for Capita to pay this invoice and then book me on to a face-to-face medical?

Payment can take 4-8 weeks but, for all their faults they do pay the GP surgery and it maybe worth politely asking your GP to provide the requested information in the interim as each four weeks your application is delayed, could effectively "cost" the applicant £1500 in potential unearned income.
