Hey, I'm needing some opinions/advice.
I'm going to be travelling to Bolivia for a month in June/July of 2009, but plan on being in YO 2009. I'm guaranteed to get the *text deleted**text deleted*s and get ill In Bolivia, however I'll be doing a 7 day trek with a pack at altitude, so I'm thinking my long distance fitness will be pretty good when I get home. My only worry is my strength going down. I'll do what I can in the month, but at the end of the day, I'm going to be very limited.
Any advice/opinions of what I could do to minimise the impact!? We'll be doing a communtiy charity project ie building walls/buildings, so that'll be a workout of sorts.
