As well as gainers forpull ups in the morning and evening, I do a chin up workout 3 times a week. Do you reckon this is a good idea as it gives a bit of strength into my biceps but im worried itl take away some of my energy for pull ups during the week.

So do any of you incorporate chin ups into your training? I only do it do develop biceps as pull ups (which I put main focus on obviosly) focus on back.

Try not to over complicate things, keep things simple. If you’re using gainers for your pull ups and you find they’re working keep it how it is.
Train for what you need to... big biceps won’t come in handy for much in RT. However, there’s nothing to stop you training them as long as it’s not compromising your main goal.
