Circuit Training - Biceps

If I do circuit training 5 times a week, can one of my exercises by Bicep Curl?

So 3 sets of 15

I was told doing the same muscle 5 times a week is very bad, but is it different if i use light weight and high reps?

Light weights and lots of reps will burn fat. So doesn't work the muscle as much and should be okay. As long as you don't overdo it and realise when you're bordering on injury pain and mental pain (as in sor muscle vs. *text deleted**text deleted*ed up arm that you can't use for a while).
