10 minute warm up

Dips
Press Ups Close
Sits Ups to alternate knees 2kg x2
Dumbbell Curls 8kg x2
V-Sits
Shoulder Press 12kg
Squat Thrusts
Side Raises 3kg
Lunges 5kg x2
Sit ups
Squats (5kg plate held in Front of you)
Press Ups Wide
Leg Raises
50m Sprint 1kg x2
100m Jog back to start
Pull Ups Wide (2 every time)
Step Ups 10kg x2 plates
200m Carrying 10kg x2 plates

Sets: 4,6,8,10,12,20 - Rest - 10 x4
100m Fireman's carry x5
100m Sprint x5

Finish off with:

50x
Press Ups
Sit Ups
Dips
Sit Ups

10 to 1 - Pull Ups, 25m Jog, Press Ups

Pull Ups Wide (3 every time)
200m Carrying 10kg x2 plates

Sets: 4,6,30,20,10, - Rest - 10,10,6,4
100m Fireman's carry x5
100m Sprint x5

Finish off with:

50x Press Ups, Sit Ups, Dips, Sit Ups
10 to 1 - Pull Ups, 25m Jog, Press Ups
