Circuit Workouts

Just been reading through some of the training routines you fellas do and i was wondering. Are the upper body workouts and full body circuit workouts you do press ups, sit ups, pull ups etc or are the circuit workouts lifting weights and doing things like that in the gym. Just wondering because i don't want to just be doing running and press ups and sit ups etc if it's not the right preparation.

What you just said there mate is by far the best preperation, Your Situps/ Pull ups/ Pressups and the running are the core key excercies that should take priority in training,

If you can then try to incorporate 2-3 weight sessions a week to build a bit of strength if you lack, but its not overly important..

Cheers ChimairaSam since i'm just beginning my training for the RM i think i will do the core stuff lightly first until i become good at it then a few months down the line incorporate some weight sessions.
