Have you realised it's a bit chilly today? Gone for a run and thought "ooo my little acorn has just crawled up inside me"?
Well here's 4 useful methods to help!
1) Wear layers! Thermals, jumpers, gloves, hats, man up!
2) Warm up! Stretch, get the blood flowing, the heart pumping stops muscle cramps, man up!
3) Hydrate! Drink water throughout the day before your workout, and drink during your workout to help with blood flow, also, man up!
4) Man up, winter exists.
