It is with great sadness that the Ministry of Defence must confirm the death of Colour Sergeant Krishnabahadur Dura, of the 2nd Battalion The Royal Gurkha Rifles, who was killed in Afghanistan on Saturday 15 November 2008.

all respect to any service man lost in action.... however more concerning than his death, was how he died.

he was travelling in a warrior, which are supposed to be mine proof. tis concerning how the taliban are upping their game. i think there are moves afoot, both in here and in the US, to increase the troop levels in afghanistan to counter this sudden increase in taliban success in afghanistan.
