This is a list of CrossFit Endurance workouts which I thought I'd share. It gives different formats for the high intensity running, swimming, cycling, and rowing workouts used by endurance athletes.

The US Navy SEALs encourage their potential recruits to use the CrossFit Endurance protocol, as they believe it offers the best level of general preparedness for their selection tests. It basically combines standard CrossFit workouts with cardio intervals/endurance work. The idea is that the intensity of the CrossFit stuff builds a high level of general strength and conditioning, which complements the distance/interval work. The result is that you're stronger and faster for longer.

This stuff is definitely well suited to PRMC/POC preparation, and should also help get the PJFT times down!
