am feeling realy down bcas i am unshur that i will be able to pass prmc i am comfident with the running and the bleep test but its my pushups am 'tom hank' at =/

i have the same problem my push ups suck but im good at every thing else

If you can do 40 press ups like you have stated you will be fine.

i got 15 at school haha so hopefuly i should be ok on that haha

You'll be fine mate. 40 press ups is enough (minimal, but enough), and the rest seems fine. Just train HARD until the week before, then chill out a bit (swim, light run, light circuit) before you go. Do circuits with sprints, different types of press ups, and different types of sit ups. And keep running fast 1.5milers, 3 milers and 4 milers, obivously relax a few days before PRMC, dont over do it. Then push yourself hard as possible when you get there.

cheers pal i am aimin to puss out 45 pressups bcas that seems like a good goal for me seen as am crap at them *text deleted*

The RMAD points scores are similar. Beware trying to scrape by on the minimum in any section.

Don't forget PRMC is also about testing what your potential is, so train as hard as you can and just kill yourself for those 65-72 hrs, you'll be fine

that and the old pain is temporary green beret is for life. just remember, as with training now that every time you feel like quitting the next day you'll hate yourself if you do

If you pump the buggers out you shoudl be fine.
Better if your with a mate to provide motivation etc.
But im sure under the exam condition you should be A-Ok! Good luck mate, hope you pass!
