am feeling realy down bcas i am unshur that i will be able to pass prmc i am comfident with the running and the bleep test but its my pushups am 'tom hank' at =/
You'll be fine mate. 40 press ups is enough (minimal, but enough), and the rest seems fine. Just train HARD until the week before, then chill out a bit (swim, light run, light circuit) before you go. Do circuits with sprints, different types of press ups, and different types of sit ups. And keep running fast 1.5milers, 3 milers and 4 milers, obivously relax a few days before PRMC, dont over do it. Then push yourself hard as possible when you get there.
