Yer your exactly right. Rm always recruit but pretty much when afghan finnished the navy thought it would be good to cut all rm recruiting to save money as a result a lot didn't join as for most its just the adverts that make people want to join or give them the idea. That coupled with the fact at the time you could earn $300+ a day doing maritime security and close protection a lot of people left. You have to give a years notice to leave but with the 8 months training and capita from when some one first applied to passing out on average your looking at a 18 months to a couple of years
So as a result now you are short of people.
