Ok lads after 6 weeks of training these are my current scores.
1.5 Mile= 12.50
Pushups= 20
Sit-Ups= 65 (in 2 mins)
Pull-Ups= 0

Also below is my aim after around a year's more training. (Got to finish school first)

1.5 Mile= 9.00
Pushups= 60-65
Sit-Ups= 80-85
Pull-Ups= 6

Ok so i realise the scores are crap *text deleted* but i feel with a year's training there is a chance for me to reach my goal. Anybody think it's realistic for me to go from my current level and reach my aim in a year? Also any tips particularly for the running would be helpful.

A year is a long time. I think if you stick with any kind of training program that works on your running and bodyweight exercises consistently for the entire year it's inevitable that you will increase your results dramatically.

So the key is just stick at it!
