im of to try and beat my 4 mile time even if its by 5 seconds its a bit of time shaved of, still got a good few weeks yet but i am sure it is *text deleted* fly past looking forward to it though where is evryone coming from.
just got back from my 4 mile run got 27:29 bloody 1 second slower not to happy as i know i can go faster but i did beat my 3 mile time i got 20:16 so pretty happy with that on my first 1.5 i got 10:16 and the second got 10 but i didnt push myself that much so i know i could crack 19 minute which i didnt think i would be able to do but i also *text deleted* be getting in the 26 min bracket for my 4 miler so still setting myself small goals to achieve, they should lead to the bigger ones well thats the plan *text deleted*.

hey lads. i passed my prmc on friday. trust me when i say lads you will love it. day 1 is not too hard, if you can run 2nd half of the 3miler in less than 10mins you will be fine. effort counts more than anything. day 2 is where it hurts lads, determination and gym test2 are brutal. just keep pushing no matter what carry on. thats what they want to see. mind over matter, i nearly passed out half way threw gym test 2.
my scores were :
2nd half 3miler 9:41
49 press ups
77 sit ups
11.4 bleep test
only 4 pull ups. (keep your hands dry)
assault course 4:10, i didnt do the wobble bridge correct and had to do it 3 times
22nd of march. carnt wait. but honest lads all you need to do is carry on. there will be times on day 2 you dont want to. but get your head down and crack on, whatever you do, dont stop, even if you trot its better than stopping. big tip, they make you do a 100metre crawl along the floor (at the shout of cover), whatever you do before you take cover get as close to the pti as you can. believe me. it will help
