Is it OK to be eating curry? I'm a big fan of it and I would of thought it would be fine to eat as it has onion, spices and chicken in it - all good stuff. Trying to stay away from the microwavable stuff (but its so much easier, quicker and cheaper to make ) Just wanted to check as I'm sorting my diet out and curry is something I eat a lot of.

Just finished a curry actually :*text deleted*: , Making a curry only takes 20mins

1 Onion
2 Chillis (home grown)
1 Chicken Breast
Half a Jar of Patak's Curry Sauce

Fry Chicken Breast, Fry Onion, add together with chilli's and add the sauce, then simmer for 5 mins.

Total Cost- £1.70
Total Calories with rice- 600

Beats any Supermarket crap and definately cheaper!!
